Uncle Stamp

direct mail for lawn & landscape companies

we design, print, and mail postcards for you, triggered automatically by your CRM. every card is tracked back to the jobs it booked.

  • plugs into Jobber, Service Autopilot, Housecall Pro, and more
  • a visit wraps up, the closest 100 homes get a card
  • the yard you just finished is the ad. the card signs it.

Jobber Housecall Pro Salesforce HubSpot

everyone on the street sees your work. nobody knows your name.

a striped lawn is the best ad in the neighborhood, but the neighbors don't know who did it. the radius play signs your work: every serviced address sends a card to the homes around it, while route density turns each new stop into pure margin. tighter routes, fewer windshield hours.

three plays for lawn & landscape

play no. 1

hit a whole neighborhood

pick the neighborhood you want your trailer parked in five days a week. we mail every home before spring green-up, when they're deciding who mows this year.

mailers around your jobs, automatically

every service visit triggers cards to the closest homes. they've been looking at your work all month. now they know who to call.

reconnect with your past customers

spring re-ups for last year's customers, fall cleanup offers, mulch and aeration add-ons. your house list is the highest-response mail you can send.

what goes on a lawn & landscape postcard that gets calls

three things: proof you work nearby, one clear offer, and a reason to call this week. here is what that looks like on a card.

example card no. 1

“we mow 4 lawns on this street. yours could be number 5.”

route density, said out loud. the neighbors already see your trailer every thursday. the card just adds your number to what they are looking at.

example card no. 2

“spring cleanup slots are almost gone.”

seasonal scarcity. lawn work books in waves. a card that lands in late february beats the march scramble.

example card no. 3

“that landscaping you keep slowing down to look at? that’s us.”

pride card. mails the radius around your best install jobs. the yard is the proof, the card is the caption.

what lawn care postcards cost

89¢ a card, design, printing, postage, and the address list included. 79¢ at 5,000 cards or more, no one-time fee. two or three seasonal contracts cover a month of neighborhood mail. or go automatic: we connect your CRM and every finished job mails the closest homeowners, $199 a month plus 99¢ a card. full pricing is on the pricing section.

the return on direct mail

we filled in typical numbers for a lawn care company. put in yours.

assumes a 1% response rate, the conservative end for neighborhood mail.

starting assumptions, not promises. we're built around attribution. every card is tracked, so you know what the mail made you instead of guessing.

questions lawn & landscape owners ask

is there a minimum order?

no. mail 100 cards or 10,000.

what does a card cost?

89¢ a card for a neighborhood campaign, and that includes design, printing, postage, and the address list. 5,000 cards or more drops it to 79¢. automatic CRM-triggered cards are $199 a month plus 99¢ a card. full pricing is on the pricing page, not behind a sales call.

how do I know the mail actually worked?

your cards carry a tracking phone number that exists nowhere else, each campaign has its own QR code, and every month we match new job addresses against the mailed list. you see exactly which customers the mail produced.

when should lawn companies mail?

the season is won in february and march, before the first mow. cleanup and contract cards go out then. radius cards around installs and win-back cards to lapsed customers run all year.

what offer works on a lawn care card?

a first-mow price or a free quote with a date attached. recurring service sells on trust and visibility, so the card leans on the work the street already sees.

we’re seasonal. do we pay in the winter?

no contracts, month to month. plenty of lawn companies pause after fall cleanup cards and restart in february. cancel and restart whenever you want.
